Profile & Challenge
Papa John’s needed to continue its aggressive growth in online revenues through the development of a mobile application. They required an Android app in a short timeframe, as well as a complete overhaul of a pre-existing iOS app.
SOLUTION & OUTCOME
GAP created a highly functional and user-oriented Android application that includes ordering, payments, rewards visualization, notifications/alerts, and location-based services. They also redesigned all aspects of the iOS app based on UX testing with external potential customers. The Android app received a 4.2/5.0 star rating with 1 to 5 million installs, and the iOS app achieved a 20% improvement in convergence and speed to order, with a 4+ rating.
