Libs Paving had outgrown their existing scheduling process and required a custom software solution for more efficient scheduling and in-depth data analysis.

SOLUTION & OUTCOME

GAP developed a web application for schedule creation and mobile apps for field schedule reception and job report submission. This new system automated the job workflow from client confirmation to billing and integrated with existing Configure/Price/Quote software, significantly improving efficiency and cost tracking. The solution also expanded Libs Paving's capacity for new work and provided insights into cost variance, identifying previously untracked expenses​​.
